Processing time
The order processing time might take up to 3 days. Processing includes checking, packing,
and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.
Delays
In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by customs that we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen. In the event that your package goes missing or is denied by customs, we will extend a full credit refund.
Separate shipments
We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different warehouse locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
Track your order
Once you place your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is fulfilled. Simply click on your tracking link in the email to view the up to date tracking information.
Return and Exchange Policy
We would like you to be happy with every purchase that you make. If you are dissatisfied
with your purchase for whatever reason you may simply return the product to us within 15
days of the receipt date of your shipment for a full refund of the product price of your purchase. Postage and handling are not refundable.
Please contact us include your order number and reason for return. We will NOT accept
returns if merchandise is used, washed or not in the original package.
When returning an item, all products must be in their original packaging with any original picture inserts and the packaging should not be ripped or torn. Please include a copy of your invoice when returning the product as well as the Return Form so that we may better serve you. Please keep your receipt until you have received your refund. If you request a
refund, we will refund using your original payment method. Postage and handling are not refundable.
